Then Winston and Caper got hurt which obviosuly messed up the offensive strategy and MSU went into stall ball mode. He played great, won the game and did better than any other back up in the Big 10 would do (McGee, anyone). Cousins is still the better passes, but give Nichol credit for playing a great game.
