Charles Rogers was one of the most electrifying receivers at watch while he wore the #1 jersey at Michigan State.  He held the record for the most consecutive games with a touchdown catch by a college receiver with 13 straight games.  He still holds the Michigan State record for receiving touchdowns with 27, and he averaged more than one touchdown catch per game during his career at MSU.

But there was another side to Charles Rogers, one that brought Charles Rogers crashing down after getting hurt as a rookie wide receiver with the Detroit Lions.  ESPN’s Outside the Lines recently chronicled the rise, and subsequent fall, of former MSU standout wide receiver Charles Rogers.
