I can't believe I'm saying this, but Matt Millen (Matt Millen!) is right when he says that of course Rogers will be given a second chance, provided that he gets in shape. Rogers is already damaged goods, which means any team that picks him up will give him a contract with little financial exposure for the team and lots of incentives. That way if Rogers screws up again, the team doesn't have to take a big hit. From the team's perspective, there's plenty to gain and not much to lose.

If Mike Vick deserves a 2nd chance (which I personally feel he doesn't), then certainly C-Rog does as well, provided he proves that he has grown up and cleaned up.

Hopefully for his kids sake he can get himself straightened out. Anything beyond that (read football) will be gravy.

Best of luck Charles.
