Absolutely - I agree with Alyssa's blog and enjoyed the way she recalls recent history with this team. The Big 10 is up for grabs this year with no clear team seperating themselves (yet) OSU is looking sloppy, Michigan is still rebuilding. Clearly all teams in this conference struggle when playing teams in other conferences. Look, panic should not set in for any of the Big 10 teams. Yes, there will be a few basment dwellers (Indiana, Northwestern, Purdue) MSU will not be one of those teams. Dantonio has proven to the conference that he is a fighter and will not tolerate the kind of play we witnessed over the last two weeks. The Big 10 will have 5 or 6 teams making bowl games this year, two will be successful. Until this conference can somehow attract young talent away from the "warmer" conferences, we will continue to see the Big 10 struggle in play outside of the conference. Nice job Alyssa!
