Like he said in the press conference he wants to make not only the basketball program elite, but the entire MSU athletics department. That's what's great about Izzo, his presence transcends basketball and encompasses the entire university, he embodies Michigan State. Or something like that. I'm not a basketball fan either, the only time I watch is March Madness, but I'm a big Izzo fan, that's for sure. And he's a big football fan, I'm confident that if he coached the MSU football program he'd have the same success. Anyways... looking forward to football season!
